Electric Rhythm was founded in 1991 in Jacksonville.  During the last 20 years, the Company has performed at countless venues throughout North and Central Florida, the greater southeastern United States, New Orleans, Las Vegas, and the National Clogging Championships in Tennessee and North Carolina.

Electric Rhythm is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the art form of clogging, which is a true American Folk Dance. It is also geared toward providing a venue in which young and old alike can find a positive, safe and fun environment for social interaction and an opportunity to improve physical fitness through dance.

The dancers range in age from nine (9) to sixty-nine (69) and dance at both the recreational and the competition levels. Clogging is a family-centered dance form. We encourage and support families and multiple generations coming together to celebrate the Great American Dance.

The Electric Rhythm Cloggers are perennially ranked as one of the Top 20 competition teams in the country, and are considered one of the pre-eminent clogging Companies in the State of Florida.
